Hello! My name is Kathy Chu. I have personally practiced yoga for over 11 years. I co-founded a very successful company and found myself stressed all the time. I became a certified yoga teacher through CorePower Yoga in 2018 due to an imbalance of my work and life. While pursuing my yoga certification and during several yoga retreats, I started to experience breakthroughs beyond realigning my body. I was healing from stress, anger, trauma and broken relationships and connecting to God and the Universe. Through the journey of re-centering myself, I was guided to this path of healing and helping others find their own inner peace. As a teacher, I continue to learn and grow, which led me to become a certified prenatal yoga teacher with Ma Yoga. While helping and connecting with new moms during prenatal and postpartum, I quickly realized the stress that occurs during this time in a woman and family's life and I found it empowering to see the strength and grace that it takes to live in this World. The balance of those masculine and feminine energies is what we need to balance the World to get back to a place of World Peace.
